Clarion CX was founded by a couple of Kansas City based industry veterans with a combined total of 50 years in the Customer Experience industry. After helping hundreds of clients implement contact center solutions, we realized that technology implementations were often unsuccessful because of a misalignment between business goals, processes, available data, and customer expectations. We founded Clarion to help our clients harmonize these elements in order to deliver memorable Client Experiences.
